We need you!

Driving instructors who are part of the engage scheme are well respected in the region. Our aim is to make engage instructors the number one choice for young learners and their parents. You will be provided with training and support on how to deliver our extra casualty-reducing modules and be able to advertise yourself as an engage-approved instructor.

You will also be able to be listed on our find an instructor database so young drivers across the region can find you. The engage initiative is administered by Wirral Council, Cheshire West & Chester Council and Safer Roads Greater Manchester.

Join our team and help make our roads safer

The engage initiative runs across Cheshire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester. It is supported by Merseyside, Cheshire and Safer Roads Greater Manchester Road Safety Partnerships. Together, our goal is to the reduce the number of people killed or seriously injured on the roads by training smarter drivers.

The scheme was awarded a Prince Michael of Kent Award in 2014 and our instructor training is accredited by People 1st.
