Engage Scheme Resources

As an engage ADIs you now have access to exclusive support for personal and professional development, including:

• Quarterly meetings with guest speakers and industry focused training e.g. marketing your business, driver fatigue management, impulsivity.
• Quality, affordable training for Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
• Bespoke resources to use in-car with your learner (no extra charge)
• Networking opportunities with like-minded ADIs
  Invitations to seminars

1. To access this area you should have completed the mandatory engage Members Training, an online course which underpins the knowledge needed to coach young learner drivers. If you haven’t done this yet you can watch the course videos below

2. Shortly after joining engage and passing this course you will be offered an additional short online session with an engage ADI, to help familiarise yourself with engage resources and how to use them in your lessons.

We need our members support in being active and involved in ongoing participation of the scheme, by delivering modules and ensuring learners complete evaluations. This helps us to access funding to continue delivering the scheme. Together, we can achieve our goal to reduce the number of people killed or seriously injured on the roads by training smarter drivers.
